Arek Baginski, Grand Marshal of the Pulaski Parade 2025 – biographical note
Arkadiusz (Eric) Baginski, now an experienced business leader, known for his visionary approach to
technology and innovations, was born on December 14, 1970 in Zambrow, as the oldest of four siblings.
He has been living in America for 35 years. Before emigration, studied at the Mechanical Technical
School in Bialystok.
From the beginning of his journey in the United States, he was associated with New Jersey, and Passaic (as his first place of residence in the USA), which remains particularly close to him to this day. An active Polish activist and for 18 years the chairman of the contingent from this city operating at the Shrine Saint John Paul II at the Holy Rosary Church.
Professionally, he is a successful businessman in the construction industry. He started as an employee in a roofing company, and after five years he decided to run his own business, and in 1995, Arco Construction was established. Currently it is one of the best-known companies on the East Coast specializing in roofing and building facades. Next year's 30th anniversary of Arco coincides with the 15th anniversary of Fairfield Metal, another venture by the enterprising businessman (in this case, a facade made of composite aluminum panels).
In order to diversify his business activities, A. Baginski also decided to invest in gastronomy and services related to organizing events. - This is a new passion, two restaurants, one of which has already been renovated and is operating dynamically, and the other is undergoing renovation - explains the businessman.
Arkadiusz Baginski is a man of deep faith, thanks to his parents - Stanislaw and Barbara. He lives in
Fairfield with his wife Ashley, and their two children - 25-year-old Noah and 14-year-old Angelina. Arek is interested in automotive, sports and of course innovations from the construction industry.
