Routes of LOT Polish Airlines for Summer 2021. Free Changes Extended

NEW HOLIDAY DESTINATIONS IN THE SUMMER

Last month we introduced first holiday routes that are scheduled and offered to our clients for June to September 2021. These include destinations known to our passengers from the last #SummerWithLOT program such as: Majorca, Santorini, Rhodes, Zakynthos, Malta, Athens, Burgas, Thessaloniki, Tirana, Varna, Barcelona, Venice, Corfu, Larnaca, Nice, Split, Dubrovnik or Zadar. New destinations also Mykonos in Greece and Palermo in Sicily.

Now, the summer holiday schedule has been enriched by Ibiza in the Balearic Islands, Calabria in Italy, Olbia, Ohrid, Heraklion and Kalamata. LOT's summer holiday network already includes 30 destinations available from Warsaw, Katowice and Poznan. We believe that introducing the schedule far in advance will give our passengers more comfort in planning next year's holidays. It might also be a great inspiration for a Christmas gift.

Tickets are now available for sale through booking systems and LOT.com. The shape of LOT's network for the summer season will depend on the epidemic situation worldwide. We would like also to inform you that we are working on further development of our 2021 summer holiday offers. We will let you know the next plans as soon as decisions are made.

NO CHANGE FEE EXTENDED

As airlines we cannot change the epidemic situation worldwide but what we can do is to reassure our clients - LOT passengers, that we understand their dilemmas when planning future travels and systematically we introduce new solutions. Today we would like to inform you that we are extending the possibility of multiple changes of reservation without additional fees. The extended offer includes LOT tickets purchased between September 10, 2020 and March 31, 2021. Any additional payments are related to the fare difference in ticket price if the original booking class is not available. The number of reservation changes, within published flight schedule, is unlimited.

This offer brings better comfort for our clients and flexible management of their travel plans. It is our next step, after introducing the FLEX PLUS tariff, or extending the validity of all vouchers to 24 months.

TRAVEL TO BELARUS

We kindly remind all passengers that due to the unstable epidemic situation, before buying a ticket and before departure, Passengers are obliged to check documents and procedures required to cross the border of the country they intend to travel to. Procedures should be checked on an ongoing basis as restrictions may change.

At the same time, we’d like to inform you that according to current regulations, from December 21 all foreigners traveling to Belarus, who are at least 6 years old, are required to present a confirmation of a negative RT-PCR COVID-19 test result. The test must be performed no later than 72 hours before departure, and the document must be translated into Russian, Belarusian or English. Passengers who do not have the required negative COVID-19 test result will not be allowed on board.

The restrictions do not apply to:

1. citizens and permanent residents of Belarus and their families, as long as they can document their status with appropriate documents at the time of departure
2. passengers transiting through Poland to Belarus with obligation to departure within 24 hours
3. representatives of diplomatic and consular services
