The 46th Annual Polish-American Family Festival and Country Fair

Dear Friends of the American Czestochowa Shrine,

For the past 46 years the Polish-American Festival has been at the hearts of all Polish people living in the United States. In adoring the Icon of Our Lady of Czestochowa in our Shrine here at Doylestown, it reminds us of the faith that our forefathers cultivated in us – either here on American soil or in Poland. The Festival is a taste of Polish culture which unites many people from all over the United States, Poles and Americans as well, through the many artistic performances, the great food, and many other Polish products that people are able to get all in one place.

This year’s festival, like in the years past, is made possible only through the help of all of the volunteers that are on staff on the Shrine grounds, the Festival Committee, the sponsors, and you dear friends that join us for the Festival. I thank you for all your help in organizing and realizing this wonderful event, which is a chapter in the history of the American Czestochowa. I wish you all a great and fun time of relaxation and getting together with your friends and family.

The Festival will take place on September 3rd, 4th, 5th, 10th and 11th
(Labor Day weekend and the weekend following Labor Day) from 12 noon till 8 pm.

3 - Saturday - Beginning of Polish American Festival at 12:00 Noon.
4 - Sunday - Polish American Festival.
5 - Monday - Labor Day. Polish American Festival.
8 - Thursday - Nativity of the Virgin Mary.
10 - Saturday - Polish American Festival.
11 - Sunday - Closing of the Polish American Festival.
13 - Tuesday - Fatima Day. Mass & Rosary Procession begin at 7 pm.
14 - Wednesday - Feast of the Holy Cross.
15 - Thursday - Our Lady of Sorrows.
18 - Sunday - Pilgrimage of Siberian Survivors in the USA.
24 - Saturday - Vigil Prayer (in Polish) begins at 9:00 pm.
25 - Sunday - Day of Prayer for Polish Falcons.
29 - Thursday - Feast of the Archangels Michael, Gabriel and Raphael.

We invite, from the depths of our hearts, everybody to join us in this communal gathering in all of these upcoming events which will take place in the month of September at the American Czestochowa.
