Learn How to Make Zupa Ziemniaczana, Kapuśniak (Polish Soup)

January 08, 2015

Polish soups warm the body and the soul. They are so hearty, they can serve as the main course, but most cooks use them to stimulate the appetite for the delights that are to follow.

You can eat hot soup year-round, but when icy winds begin to whistle there's nothing like a tasty cup or bowl to warm the body and the soul with soothing goodness.

This session we will be doing three different recipes:

  • Kapuśniak – a comforting cabbage classic with ham;
  • Ziemniaczana – a hearty brown potato; and,
  • Chef’s Choice – with Chef Tad this will undoubtedly be a creative and tasty one!

So we’ll get the big pots. You bring the take home containers. Let’s start the new year right!
