EducationUSA Mentoring Program. The 3rd Edition
March 03, 2020
EducationUSA is a U.S. Department of State network of over 400 international student advising centers in more than 170 countries.
On February 21, the U.S. Embassy and the Polish-U.S. Fulbright Commission kicked off the 3rd edition of the “EducationUSA Mentoring Program” for 20 Polish high school students planning to study at American universities. The finalists were selected out of almost 100 applicants from across Poland.
Over the next 10 months, each of the selected students will receive one-on-one mentoring from American or Polish alumni of U.S. universities and colleges on how to apply to American universities and also participate in regular webinars with EducationUSA advisors. The mentors include current and past Fulbrighters from Poland and the United States. Six high school mentees from the previous editions of the program received scholarships to attend to U.S. universities and we look forward to increasing that number. More information about the mentors and mentees is available at http://educationusa.pl/mentoring-program/
