Two-Year DACA Renewals - DACA Lives On!
March 22, 2018
The DACA program was scheduled to end as of March 5, but federal courts have ordered that the program continue.
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, compelled by federal court order, is granting two-year DACA renewals. Those who lost DACA can apply for two-year reinstatements. Individuals who never had DACA still cannot apply.
- If your previous DACA expired on or after September 5th 2016 or is expiring within the next 180 days, file your DACA request as a renewal request.
- If your previous DACA expired before September 5th 2016, or terminated at any time, you can file a new DACA application.
- DACA applicants/recipients will NOT be allowed to file for Advance Parole
