The Polish Roman Catholic Union of America (PRCUA) announced the mutching donation campaign to benefit The Polish Museum of America (PMA) in Chicago
December 16, 2013
Every new dollar raised by the PMA will be matched by 50 cents from the PRCUA, up to $14,000, for the PMA’s general operational funds.
The 140/77 Campaign marks important anniversaries for both the PRCUA and the PMA. The campaign officially started on October 5, 2013, when the PRCUA celebrated its 140th year with a historical exhibition. The campaign will run through January 2014, on the occasion of the PMA’s 77th anniversary of opening.
Funds raised during this campaign will help support the Museum and its collections, as well as the Library and Archives. With this campaign, through the support of generous new donors and members, and the PRCUA, the PMA could potentially raise up to $42,000. Donations from new sources will qualify, as will new Membership fees. For example, Museum membership starts at $25 for one year. This will be matched by $12.50 from the PRCUA.
Please consider supporting the PMA in this limited time campaign. Donations in any amount, and memberships at any level, are welcome.
Donation checks may be sent to:
