Are you lucky enough to remember your Babcia, mother and aunts making Polish kiełbasa every year for Easter and Christmas? It was all day job. The house was perfumed with the aroma of garlic for days!
But that was long ago and few people take the time to make this delicious sausage by hand at home anymore, settling for third-rate commercial-made products instead.
NOW—after many requests—we are finally offering you the chance to make it the right way!
Join us for a master class in sausage making with local expert Steve Badurik who will show us how it is done. From chopped meat combinations to seasoning to casing choices, Baduirk has become known for his unique combinations and will share his knowledge with students!
Plus after tasting all the goodies you will leave with a pound of your favorite!
