End of the Season/65 Anniversary Celebration of Vistula Club in NJ- program

It will be held on Saturday and Sunday – Jun 17 & 18 on the grounds of the Swim and Sports Club in Flanders (272 Emmans Road, Flanders, 07836 NJ). Here is the planned schedule of activities and organizational remarks:

SATURDAY – JUN 17, 2017

1:00 pm – grounds open for SC Vistula (sign up for all events starts)

3:00 pm – official beginning of the event (opening of the food and drinks stands)

3:30 pm – penalty kick competition for kids and adults

4:00 pm – start of the “pick up teams” World Cup Tournament (teams cannot be as playing in the league and must include 1 girl)

4:30 pm – family fun competition (races and contests for families)

5:30 pm – cross bar challenge competition for kids and adults

6:00 pm – Season’s End Awards Ceremony & Special Presentations

6:30 pm – individual skills competition for kids

7:00 pm – Soccer Challenge Parents vs Coaches

6:30 pm – 10:00 pm – life music

SUNDAY – JUN 18, 2017

8:00 am – grounds open for SC Vistula

8:00 am – breakfast starts

9:00 am – Senior Teams SC Vistula 65 Anniversary Tournament begins

9:00 am – Junior Teams SC Vistula 65 Anniversary Tournament begins

2:00 pm – end of the tournaments and awards ceremony Organizational remarks:

 This is the end of the season Awards and Recognition picnic and we are hoping to see all teams and all players, so we can all celebrate together. We need a rough estimation of the people planning to attend – so please let your Team Manager know if you are planning to join us.

The admission fee is $10 for an adult and $5 per kid. The overnight camping fee is going to be $20 per tent (please let us know if you are planning on staying overnight by this Friday – Jun 2) 

The outside alcohol is not permitted. You can set up a bon-fire and grills if you are planning on staying overnight. · There is limited outdoor seating, but please bring your picnic gear, seats, blankets, etc…

The outside, oversized pool with the life guards will be opened · Additional attractions for kids (slides and bounce houses) will be set up on Saturday. WE HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL THERE AND THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL SEASON!!!! The Board of SC Vistula
