Two men were shot and injured in the stadium car park after an NFL pre-season game between the San Francisco 49ers and Oakland raiders, police said.
Police Sergeant Michael Andraychak said the shootings occurred on Saturday night after the 49ers beat Oakland 17-3.
He said the unnamed victims were a 20-year-old man who is expected to survive and a 24-year-old man who was in hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Police did not immediately identify any suspects.
Andraychak said it was not immediately clear whether the victims were fans of either team, or whether they had in fact attended the game.
