This Sunday
On Sunday, join us for a screening of “The Prince and the Dybbuk”, winner of the Best Documentary on Cinema Award at the 74th Venice International Film Festival, directed by Elwira Niewiera and Piotr Rosolowski. The film traces Michal Waszynski’s footsteps from Poland, Ukraine and the US to Italy, Israel and Spain, taking us on a cinematic journey into the life of a human chameleon, constantly changing names, religions, titles and countries to write his own life story as if it were a film.
Also on Sunday's program is “Panic Attack,” a slick, black comedy, the debut film of director Pawel Maslona, in which several absurdist, anxiety-inducing scenarios are revealed to be connected.
